Been a while since I last posted but that is because I have been lazy when it comes to keeping up with this blog this summer. There is always other things I would rather be doing.
In the last week or so not a whole lot has been going on. My Aunt and Uncle were gone for a about 5 days so we had to watch their dog, Buttons. Buttons slept in my room and other than the first night when she was a little restless, from being homesick sick I guess, she was fine. I have been playing golf quite a bit lately. Though its been pretty rare that we make it through a full round before the rain hits. Sunshine state my ass. Since the last week in May here in Florida it has done nothing but rain basically every day. As a matter of fact it rained on 26 of the 30 days in June here in Orlando. This made June the second wettest June on record for Orlando. So sunshine has been at a premium here lately. But none the less we still try to play a round. Though the last two times we have actually made it though our whole round and I continue to suck at golf but hey its a hell of a lot more fun than sitting around doing nothing. Tomorrow we have a par 3 golf tournament here that me, my father, my uncle and my cousin are all going to be playing in. We will all probably finish near the end of the pack but that is ok.
Cathy and the kids are due in here on the 10th and will be here atleast a week if not longer, depending on how much the weather effects us. They want to go back to the Magic Kingdom and they also want to go to Animal Kingdom as well as one of the other places which I forget. I am debating whether to go back to Charlotte with them when they go back home or to stay here in Orlando. I am leaning towards staying here in Orlando to spend more time with Clancy and to play more golf. If I got to Charlotte all there will be to do is hang around with William and Jacqueline all day at the house. Not that it is a bad thing just that eventually you would get bored pretty quick. I could hang out with Tim and Scott if I went back, but with all their touring with their band they probably won't be around much anyway. Here atleast I get to play golf a few times a week and even when not playing golf we still go do things more often here than I would at Cathy's place.
The guy still hasn't posted the pictures of my dads car yet. Don't know what he is waiting for. There was more I wanted to post about but since I had such a long break between post I have forgotten most of it.
