One year ago to this day I started this blog and here I am amazingly still keeping up with it. It does not seem like it has been a year now. Hell this last semester alone has flown by in what seems like a matter of seconds. Now the question is will I make it to a 2nd year anniversary post, we shall see, but if I have made it this long I don't see why I won't make it back around again.
Today started with being woken up at 11am by the fire alarm. So I get up, change, grab a few things and head out the door and when I reached the front entrance the guy says "Go back we are just testing." So now I was pissed off because I just did all that stuff to walk out there when I could have just stayed in bed. After lunch I started working on my Humanities 214 final and got about a forth of the way through it and then ran into a problem so I e-mailed the professor who I have yet to hear back from. I was hoping to finish it today to get it down and over with but I guess I will finish it tomorrow now. This evening I went to a cookout that was for work. Was not exactly the most exciting thing in the world we just kind of sat around and talked while we ate and at the end they gave out a few awards to the best person at each position (most of which were not even at the cookout) and they also gave out some prizes to the graduating seniors (half of which were also not there). After that we ended and everyone left. Also today I noticed that two of my classes have already posted grades and in my ATMS 261 (Computer Application in Meteorology) class I got an A and in my ATMS 373 (Physical Oceanography) class it got an A-. We shall see what I get in my other class but I suspect that those should be just as good or pretty close to it.
Tomorrow I have to get up at 11am again but this time it is because I have to be at Asheville Middle School to tutor. This will be the last tutoring session of the semester for me since I am leaving here Friday. The teacher, Mr. Burgner, whose class that Gary is in said to me when I was there last Friday that they were going to do something special for me tomorrow so it will be interesting to see what it is. No matter what it is though I will still have enjoyed the tutoring this semester and I am sort of disappointed that it is coming to an end. I would like to tutor again, except maybe not next semester since it is going to be a rough semester and demand a lot of me. Once I return from the tutoring session, assuming my Humanities professor has e-mailed me back, I plan to get back to work on that final and finish it.
